Limited Warranty for Kaster® Wheels

 

Kaster® Wheels (“The Company”) warrants to the original purchaser (“the Customer”) that its caster wheels (“the Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase.

Scope of Warranty

This warranty covers the Product against defects arising from normal wear and tear during ordinary use. Normal wear and tear are defined as the gradual deterioration of the Product due to regular usage. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, modifications, improper installation, or any use other than intended.

Warranty Claim Process

In the event that the Product breaks or becomes defective under normal wear and tear within the warranty period, the Customer must:

1. Contact the Company at support@kasterwheels.com to initiate a warranty claim.
2. Provide proof of purchase and evidence of the defect, such as photographs or a description of the issue.
3. The Company reserves the right to request the return of the defective Product for inspection purposes.

Resolution

Upon verification of the warranty claim and determination that the defect is covered under warranty, the Company will provide a replacement Product to the Customer free of charge. The Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the defective Product to the Company and receiving the replacement Product.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:
– Misuse, abuse, or improper handling of the Product
– Modification or alteration of the Product
– Use of the Product in applications other than intended
– Chair racing or any other extreme or competitive activities

Limitation of Liability

The liability of the Company under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the defective Product as provided herein. The Company shall not be liable for any other damages, including but not limited to incidental or consequential damages, arising from the use or inability to use the Product.

Governing Law

This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [insert jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of USA.

By using the Product, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this limited warranty. This warranty gives the Customer specific legal rights, and the Customer may also have other rights that vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
