Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the date you received your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for items that have been customized or personalized with a name or your uploaded designs.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at support@kasterwheels.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange in your email. Our team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you once we receive the returned item and verify its condition.

Design Modification Process

At Kaster Wheels, we understand that perfecting your custom design is crucial to ensuring that the final product aligns with your vision. To facilitate any necessary changes to your design, we offer a flexible modification process:

How to Make Changes to Your Design:

  • Contact Us Via Email: If you wish to make changes to your custom rim or wheel design, please contact us directly via email at support@kasterwheels.com. This is the fastest and most reliable way to communicate your desired changes to our design team.
  • Timing of Changes: Modifications can be made at any point before your product is shipped. We encourage you to review your design carefully and communicate any changes as early as possible to avoid delays in production.

Limitations on Design Changes:

  • No Changes Post-Shipment: Once your product has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the design. This policy ensures that we can maintain our delivery commitments and keep our production schedule on track.
  • Final Review: Before finalizing your order for production, our team will send you a final review of your custom design. This is your opportunity to make any last adjustments before your design goes into production.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
